This toaster is beautiful. We’ve had to return the first one and our second one has had some function issues. Might just be a one off - love the “shelf” for warming croissants.

Design wise it's a showstopper in the kitchen. I just feel like I have to toast my bread longer than my last one to get the same degree of done-ness and the controls do not allow for a long enough setting for this if the bread is frozen to allow it in one plunge. Most toasters go up to 6 while this goes to 3. Otherwise I really love it and have learned I need 2 go rounds for a frozen bagel.
