If I could give a zero star I would. I placed an order for 5 cartons of this product. The first shipment only had 5 pieces. Called, lady was very nice and they sent out the remaining part of my order. Then this morning only received 5 more pieces. Called because I am still owed 4 more cartons. Was told they listed the product wrong on the website and could only offer me a refund. My pool guy has made 2 trips and has charged me for 2 full days of work and still no pool coping. Wayfair is totally unreasonable about their mistake and unwilling to make it right. My bad, they want to give me a 20 discount on my next purchase. Ummm no, send me what I paid for! Will never purchase from this company again.

I originally gave this product one star but came back to amend my review after a lengthy conversation with Customer Care. The stone coping itself is Wonderful!! A great product with color variations and a smooth edge - purchased at a deep discount but vendor "changed their mind" 3 weeks after I paid and then refused to honor the sale. They sent me 1/10th of my order with no explanation and left me holding the bag. Took several calls/complaints before a wonder CC member of the Wayfair Pro Team stepped in on my behalf and forced the vendor to honor the original price paid and delivery exactly what I purchased. Thank goodness!! Appreciate Wayfair's intervention on my behalf. Great product but I would never purchase from this specific vendor again.

Great stones, varied colour tones- mostly light and a few darker than expected. Used stones for steps for a retaining wall. The one downside was shipping estimated time. Ordered the stones on 4th of Sep and they were delivered on the 24th. Therefore, took a while- so expect shipping delays or be proactive about the sq footage. The positive about the shipping is that's - it's free.
