You need to pack it better before shipping. Had it been carefully packed, it probably would have been fine.

Doesn’t do induction. Melted into cooktop.

Wonderful quality and feels very well made. Works great on my induction cooktop.

We bought this to use on our induction stove. Unfortunately, when using the higher heat setting, it melted the paint on the outside of the kettle, which was unexpected. I do not believe any of the use instructions indicated that high heat should not be used, and it's disappointing to see that the tea kettle cannot handle it. It's beautiful, but not as functional as we'd hoped at this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a beautiful kettle. I love the design and material of the kettle. It heats uniformly and keeps the content hot for the longest time. The craftsmanship, the make, the aesthetics of the kettle are all amazing. It is a statement piece by itself.
