Love this Toto bidet. It is the second one I bought.

Looks good but not the one I needed

perfect size and color -commercial project

The product itself is ok, but the Wayfair's packaging and delivery was unacceptable. The tracking number (and even any carrier name were not provided). The packaging was too light for a heavy item and unfortunately the product arrived in damaged packaging and scratched . See the pictures.
