Customers find the product to be beautiful, classy, and elegant, with many appreciating its good quality and great price. However, there are consistent remarks about the size being smaller than expected, with some reviewers noting it is more suitable as a sandwich tray or candy dish rather than a large serving platter. Despite the size discrepancy, many customers remain pleased with their purchase, finding it a lovely addition to their collections.
