Customers praise the product's excellent quality, noting its heavy, solid, and well-made construction, with many highlighting its beautiful appearance and great look in the shower. The product is also described as functional and sleek. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding functionality, finding the handles awkward and bumping into each other when switching between shower functions or adjusting temperature, deeming the design not ideal.
