[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up surprisingly fast for a lighter weight pan. I get nice browning on chicken and pork. The pan cleans easily with a soak before scrub. I bought the 8.5 inch pan first and loved it, so I decided to get the 12.5 inch. Great decision!
