[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this machine and filter, but I wish they had specs on when to clean if the only water that passes through is distilled. What could possibly be filtered out?

I don’t know what to say. It’s the water filter that the ice maker recommends so I bought a spare to have on hand for when I need it.

It did not work well it would not stay in the hole. It would not always let water go through. It seems like it was causing my icemaker to quit working right. In fact, I ended up having to clean it because it was not working well.Very dissatisfied with it went back to not having one in. A waste of money!!

My family and I love it my husband Bold it for me for Christmas and we love it . When not I have any other kind. Thanks

Can't get the filter but they say get the filter the app won't stop saying get filter
