I had to refuse my refrigerator- it had 3 dents in the front. Do I need to reorder, or what??? You'll see then dents when it come back to you. Thanks for your help, kathy elliott

The refrigerator is great, we love the look. But, the water pitcher inside the door has overflowed multiple times. We cleaned the float with vinegar and the contacts. It helped but if the door is shut by someone else it can overflow. The base of the water pitcher is inadequate. It does give an alarm when it overflows, why not a cut off of the water? Our new floor and new cabinets have suffered.

3 yrs ago we purchased the entire line of Cafe' appliances for our new home. Dish, fridge, oven, micro. NOT worth the up charge and brass badge. Microwave- works well unless air frying it takes 3 times longer than a stand alone fryer. We dont use 1/2 of the other settings Stove- 6 burner/one oven. works well and designed well. WIFI is a nice feature Dishwasher- Buttons on top of door do not light up and if you Bump them with your leg when the door is open its activates program on mode which gets frustrating. It cleans well. Fridge- Great lighting inside. Left door doesn't work properly; twin door gap protector doesn't not always function leaving air flow gap issues. TERRIBLE ice cube maker! cubes and takes a long time to dispense a glass of ice

Nice and bold in my kitchen. I've had my appliance for 9 months and need to replace the water filter. Had some issue still working on....the water pitcher is not refilling. I'll attempt to reach someone at CAFE.

I live this refrigerator. I feel special every time I look at it and open it. It's luxury. It goes so good with my matte black cabinets with gold hardware. Waiting for our stove to arrive. Im gonna have to up my cooking ability, visitors are gonna expect great things out of this beautiful kitchen 🥰
