I love love love this refrigerator! Money well spent

It is a 5 star for the fridge it is absolutely amazing and a 0 (ZERO STAR!!) for Wayfair and delivery! I replaced my previous Cafe and everything is upgraded except they did not come with the shelf liners like my previous Cafe model did and they do not even carry them as an accessory for purchase. The liners would make this fridge a 10 star because they made it so easy to clean and it protected my shelves so well. The inside of my fridge looked brand new when I sold it to get this one now I am going to make them myself and line my door shelves. I give the delivery Mashburn Delivery and Wayfair a 0 star for service. Wayfair sent my order to the delivery team without the install paperwork that I paid for and the delivery team was trying to leave a heavy 6 ton fridge in my driveway and run off and the Wayfair representative Brandy gave up trying to help and find a solution and I had to beg her to speak to a manager and she said a manager can't do anymore than what I can do. I never experienced anything like this in my life and I truly cannot describe how awful this whole delivery experience was. If I didn't stand my ground and make so many phone calls and work so hard to get what I paid for the fridge would still be in my driveway right now because I would have no way to get that heavy thing in my house. Plus when I finally demanded that they could not leave until they install it I saw that they had handles and drawers and everything to put together before they could even bring it in and I would have spent months trying to figure that out. No one in their right mind unless they are an expert on appliance installations would ever choose to leave a heavy fridge uninstalled on their front lawn. I asked the delivery team for all the other 40 fridges that they had in their truck do any of them not have install included and he showed me every single one and said no mine is the only one with paperwork like this and he said he has never seen anyone ever in all his years not have install with a fridge and I told him that should tell you right there that this is a mistake and Wayfair needed to resolve it. The even worse part is I called Wayfair and was unlucky to get Brandy who just after 35mins gave up on trying to help get the paperwork to them. She kept saying she doesn't know what to do and she is not sure how to get them the paperwork even though I gave her the phone number to the delivery team office. I couldn't believe that I had an impatient delivery driver who kept threatening to leave that fridge in my driveway if Wayfair didn't send the paperwork in 5 mins and I had a Wayfair representative who gave up trying and abandoned me and kept me on hold forever and ever. I even had to beg her to get me a manager. She kept saying a manger can't do anything different than what she could do. She was wrong and she should not be working for Wayfair she would never work for me. I hire people who work through resolutions and Yoan (delivery guy) and Brandy (Wayfair phone rep) both gave up on the customer and did not want to work through the problem solving sequence. It was a terrible experience and I will never in my life buy another appliance with Wayfair. I had two deliveries go bad in a row within weeks of each other and I wrote off the first experience with the washer and dryer as a fluke and then the fridge experience sealed it for me, their delivery process is completely broken. Great appliance but terrible delivery and customer solution services!! If everything goes perfect with delivery then that does not test the true character of a company, it's when things go wrong that you quickly see the strength of the company only lies in the good and perfect times and the minute someones paperwork is not delivered correctly everything falls apart. Never ever ever EVER AGAIN! Fool me twice but the third time the fool is on me for trying again and I won't be the fool at the end of this story.

Amazing looks perfect and love the dark interior

Love love love!!! This fridge adds so much elegance to my kitchen. It perfectly matches my hardware on my cabinets. The water sensor doesn’t always work and overflows occasionally.
