[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rec’d my chair. Assembled it with no issues. The chair is comfortable and stylish. Very happy with the product. It has my highest recommendation,

i have had the chair so long and i never liked it. the plastic on the back that is "lumbar support" just presses into my hips, and i have to lean back to get support for the rest of my back.

This item was not as expected. The arm rest are a hard plastic which is really uncomfortable, especially over an extended period of time. Unfortunately, we took a leap and ordered 10 for office before testing one out.
