Perfect for a smaller family and beautiful too

I really wanted to like this refrigerator but unfortunately the ice maker does not work. It took 3 weeks before I could get a customer service appointment. It was determined that a new ice maker would need to be installed and this is a brand New appliance. Unfortunately, the ice maker is out of stock and they do not know when it will be available. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE how EVERYTHING is right there when you open the fridge. No more hunting for things. Ice maker is super and amount of cold water in dispenser is substantial. Freezer holds much more than expected. LOVE this appliance as much as our Bosch Dishwasher. A stove will be next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're very happy with this fridge. If it weren't for having to constantly clean the fingerprints I would likely give it 5 stars. Sometimes I feel like the effort to close entirely is more than previous fridges. I find myself having to double and triple check that it is closed and the alarm to alert if the fridge was left open can be quirky and alarm spontaneously and not alarm when it is slightly ajar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch 100 Series Refrigerator — First Impressions I just had my new Bosch 100 Series refrigerator delivered today, so this is definitely a first-impression review rather than a long-term performance review. That said, my first impression is extremely positive. Right out of the box, this refrigerator is beautiful. The design is clean, modern, and understated, and it has a much more premium appearance than I expected from Bosch’s 100 Series. It looks fantastic in my kitchen and has the kind of fit and finish that makes it feel like a substantial upgrade. The exterior has a sleek, high-end appearance without being overly flashy. The attention to detail is immediately noticeable, and the refrigerator has a solid, well-built feel. Even though I’ve only had it for a few hours, I can already tell that Bosch put considerable thought into the overall design and usability. One of the reasons I chose Bosch is my previous experience with Bosch products. I’ve owned and used other Bosch appliances, and I’ve generally been impressed with their build quality, engineering, and attention to detail. Because of that experience, I have fairly high expectations for this refrigerator. Obviously, I can’t comment yet on long-term reliability, energy consumption, temperature stability, ice production, or how well the interior components hold up over several years. Those are things that will require some time to evaluate. I also don’t want to give a refrigerator five stars for longevity after owning it for one day. But as a first-day review, I’m very impressed. The refrigerator feels substantial, looks excellent, and has the premium appearance I was hoping for. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, and everything feels well designed and easy to access. The doors and drawers operate smoothly, and the overall impression is that this is an appliance designed to be used every day for many years rather than something built simply to look good on a showroom floor. I’m particularly interested to see how it performs over the coming months. My biggest priorities when buying a major appliance are reliability, build quality, temperature performance, and longevity. If this refrigerator performs over the long term the way I expect based on my experience with Bosch products, I think it’s going to be a very good purchase. For now, I’m extremely happy with the purchase. It’s beautiful, feels well made, and has exceeded my expectations on first impression. First-day verdict: Excellent first impression. I’m very happy with the appearance and build quality, and based on my previous experience with Bosch, I’m expecting good things from this refrigerator. I’ll update this review after I’ve had a chance to actually live with it and see how it performs over time.
