I wish I could give it 5 stars...there are several holes that are difficult to fill in and areas without any lights. I spent a long time arranging and fanning out the branches as recommended but cannot compensate for the problem areas. Any suggestions? It also came with a set of lights and small H-shaped pins and I have no clue where this item belongs. It does not have a receptacle on the end to plug into an outlet. Last point, without a rigid center piece on top, I am unable to put my vintage top on the tree.

Lights look great---however, I did throw on a hundred fairly lights which added a little extra charm. Its a midrange tree upgrade from my 3 ft tree. I wasn't wowed. Several branches were over-flocked and it looked a bit janky. I adjusted/removed what I could on the over-flocked limbs. It was fine but I would not recommend this tree since there are so many better trees available on Perigold.

Wrong Website description: Wesite says 78" tall. The tree is actually ~ 74-75" tall, and it is much smaller than photos and description. I tried returning, but there was a $63 shipping charge to me (I thought it was free return). I called Wayfair customer service and asked to waive the return shipping cost because they put WRONG description on their website. After a lot of back and forth with WF customer service and sending them the attached photos for proof, they said there is nothing they can do about it and connected me with the manufacturer. I was put on hold for looooong time (with the manufacturer) and at got disconnected. DO NOT buy from Wayfair. DO NOT buy from this manufacturer. This was the worst customer service I have received in this time and age.
