Honestly, it’s horrible and I don’t know if maybe I just got a bad one but it’s terrible. I have spent hours trying to fluff it up, and it still looks hideous. I don’t want to pay $27 to send it back, so I guess I’m stuck with an ugly and expensive tree for Christmas.
