Well, as far as looks...it is Beautiful! BUT! it makes a real bad mess! The artificial snow falls off of it constantly! I hate it so bad because it is definitely the most Beautiful artificial trees I have ever seen!!!

The Christmas tree is in the corner. It has been decorated with very white lights and buffalo black and white check. In the forground you will also notice the sofa, chair, and to the extreme right a lamp. On the coffee table is a tic tac toe game. All of these items I have purchased from Wayfair over the last two years. I love all the things I receive from Wayfair.
