Tree was iffy for the price. Branches were a little thin with plenty of space in between layers. I was past that but what bothered me was the lighting wouldn’t work some of the time. It would either not work or take an hour or so to warm up and turn on. Tried different outlets etc to no avail. I really wanted to send it back and reached out to customer service who never responded to my email but in the end gave up since it would have been just too much trouble to take off all the ornaments etc and redo the entire thing. Hoping there’s a Christmas miracle by the time it’s ready to be put up again and the lights magically work for the price of the tree.

beautiful, sturdy, high quality

I really like this tree. Pro's: The number of lights make this a beautiful tree - it really does make a statement It's bright given the number of lights Flocking looks realistic, as do branches Sturdy stand and easy assembly Cons: I had two branches have tips fall off while I was very gently shaping the branches. The top piece seems to be missing a few branches in one spot - I hid this by angling the tree but at this price you should have to do that There are some spots that are pretty sparse - particularly between the layers of branches and no matter how to shape the branches it still looks like there's some gaps The lighting is on white string but the flocking doesn't go back very far on tree branches and the white contrast does make it look artificial during the day The flocking isn't nearly as strong as in the picture. It's really more of a dusting of the tips in person. Looks good, just not quite what the pictures depict Lighting modes include a lot of quick blinking modes but only 1-2 slow on-off fades. Could have more fade options Overall, i'd buy it again. It's a beautiful tree, and unlike what I could find locally, but few things that could improve to make it perfect.
