When I got out our old tree to put it up this year I decided it was time to get a new one. It was over 20 years old and worn out so I ordered this one right after Thanksgiving to replace it. I just came yesterday (12/4/15) and I opened the box today and set it up. The tree is okay. The lights are terrible. They are strung poorly, only about half-way in each branch so the cables bridge between the branches in a way that prevents them from being extended out properly. While trying to fluff the branches out, the lights immediately started flickering, indicating a loose connection somewhere. The whole tree flickers all at once which seems to indicate that it's the main power cord but I can't find the spot that's loose. A pre-lit tree shouldn't be more aggravation than doing it myself but chasing a short after the lights are on the tree is a nightmare. I don't have time to return it and wait for another one to ship either. With a seven-year old son, not having a Christmas tree this year is not an option in our house. I may have no choice but to eat the $600 (delivered price) plus the price of new lights, remove the lights that are on it and replace them with better lights done right. If this is an indication of all Holiday Aisle products, stay far away from them. Merry Christmas to you, too!Pros: The bare tree itself looks nice.Cons: Poor workmanship adding the lights to it, questionable quality of the lights.
