Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many praising its beautiful appearance and realistic look. The dual-function lights and timer feature are highlighted as particularly convenient and effective, working well throughout the season. However, there are significant concerns regarding the product's durability, with some customers reporting it breaking after a short period or only lasting a couple of seasons. One review also noted that the product was mislabeled as a window swag when it is more suited for mailbox use.
