Beautiful tree but NOT multi-colored like description says. Not sure if it supposed to have a remote but does not.

We love the tree. It is very full and lifelike. The pinecones add a nice touch. The foot switch is convenient. The only reason we gave it a four rating is because it said it was programmable with multicolor or white lights and it’s just not so. There are white lights only.

Ordered this tree because of multi-color lights, tree arrived with clear lights. Wayfair will send new tree but need to take down and return this one. Frustrated I didn't check lights before putting it up. Tree fullness is ok, but expect holes in it where you can see the pole. Edit: Wayfair did ship out a new tree that was supposed to have multi-color lights, they only have clear lights.

Received this tree expecting a remote as that was what was detailed in the description. Called Wayfair and they said they would send me a remote but then got an email that the "replacement part" was cancelled. Called Wayfair again and they said the description was wrong and there is no remote. Can someone help me understand how to change the tree from white lights to color????? We press the switch multiple times but it just stays on the white light setting.

It was very easy to put up and looked beautiful after some initial fluffing! It is perfect for our home and our taste with several different settings for the lights (including white and multicolor lights)!
