The photo of this tree was misleading. There are significant gaps in this tree that are disappointing. We fluffed out each and every branch as others recommended, but the gaps remained. We cannot help feeling that we received a different tree from what was pictured. Once decorated, of course it was better. We will not buy another Christmas tree online again without seeing it in person first.

I think this tree was misrepresented. The tree in our order said warm white and colored lights. In the picture it was also much fuller, this tree has many bare places.

I bought this for my mom to replace one of her Christmas trees. It exceeded my and expectations. And she loves it.

Awesome tree! Took a little bit of time to fluff the branches, but the outcome was as good as we could hope for! Can't wait to get the ornaments put on it!

Our new Christmas Tree is beautiful. Great quality. Easy to assemble. Plenty of lights. We are very pleased with this purchase. A bit expensive against other trees available, but the quality is terrific.

This tree far exceeded my expectations! It arrived in two days and was super easy to assemble. The lighting options are my favorite feature as I love the variety offered. This is my very first non-live tree and as this tree offers a very realistic look, I am very happy with this option.

The tree is a bit difficult to fluff out and asymmetrical looking at some levels. I’ve been trying hard to capture the symmetry desired, but unable to.

It’s a beautiful tree, but what you are calling it, vs what it is are two different things. I ordered the tree for one reason. LED lights. I don’t care what color. I was fine with white or colored. If you order white beware. What’s advertised and what you get are different! You get incandescent lights which only last a few years. If you spend that much money you want the tree for many years!

No amount of fluffing can make it look even remotely like the picture. The bottom section doesn’t come close to the floor. It is about 10 inches from the floor. I have seen cheap Christmas trees look full and lovely. This is pathetic.
