The box arrived very dirty and damaged with the cords hanging out of the box; resulting in damage to the tree. I did put the tree together and it will take A LOT of work to look like the photo. Right now you can see the entire center poll of the tree. Wayfair makes everything right, but I don't think I will purchase another Christmas tree online.

It looks great. Was a little difficult to put together, heavier than I expected. Would have been better if it had shipped in 2 boxes instead of 1.
