This was not at all what I expected. I thought I had missed Black Friday, yet the day after, when I logged on, there were 3 units available. So right into my cart it went. I ordered the tree an hour or so later. When the tree arrived, I was super excited. I put the stand in place & then the first section in the stand. This is where I stopped and called Wayfair. The stringing of the lights really disappointed me, and when I sent photos to Wayfair Corporate, they contacted the manufacturer. Both Wayfair and the manufacturer agree that this is not how they expect product to be presented, or even put together. You should not see cords going from branch to branch like this was (see attached photos), as either a small animal or child who is curious, could get hurt easily. Without even asking, I was refunded the full amount and advised to donate the tree. As I know someone at a local women's shelter, I donated the tree & an ample number of ornaments to them. Thank you, Wayfair, for standing behind your product and putting the customers satisfaction first. I found another tree, yet too late to put it up for this year. I'm looking forward to getting it out of the box next November. Yet as for Addilynn, I would not purchase their products again. Next tree is Balsam Hill all the way.

Upon bringing up our existing tree we discovered that there was a problem with the lights and we needed to replace it asap. The new tree arrived in about 2 days. It was ready in I just a few minutes for decorating. Love it. Winwin!

I was disappointed with this pre-lit Christmas tree. I was unable to get the lights to connect or work properly. The tree is also very thin and sparse, and the color does not look as expected. Overall, the quality was disappointing and it did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this tree.

It’s great. Have had it for 8 years
