Seen here with tapered oak legs, this classic veneered dining chair with hand-carved oak and a parquetry design is a divine star within the Nova collection. Striving for functionality, this upholstered seat is constructed with a top and mid-rail bar joined by stretchers.

The chairs are very well made. Solid construction, the woodgrain is beautiful and the lines are clean. My only negative is I wish the cushions were a bit thicker/plusher. The fabric is also not as cream colored as pictured, not in a bad way, but it's almost like linen (in appearance) with some darker threads mixed in to give it some interesting depth. Overall, very pleased.. Dennis. CA. Wed Mar 11 2026

Better-than-expected quality! Ordered four chairs and two arrived damaged (I blame Fed Ex for mishandling) but Perigold still made it right. It’s a beautiful chair. Very comfortable. High quality. The cream color has a bit of a subtle greenish tone to it. It is shiny. It is has some texture. It was too slippery to sitstay on it in certain clothes and more formal than I wanted. Also the legs and overall look did not go well with my table. I was going for contrast but it just didn’t work.. Kim. Healdsburg, CA. Mon Feb 05 2024
