The Nexus dining table finds its perfect balance with metal and wood forms. Mahogany crafts one side of the base with a cut-away column that finds support from a thinner cast aluminum shape on one side. The wood form, including a round top, is finished in Forry with the metal finished in Graphite.

The table is easy to maneuver because it starts at a manageable 9-foot-long length consisting of three 36-inch sections. Each of these primary sections gets its large birdcage pedestal which is strongly made with steel braces at each leg and each foot has a solid brass foot cap and an adjustable leveler. The table comes with two 36-inch leaves and four 18-inch leaves in total. The table's starting size is 9 feet long. It is important to note, that this table can expand in 18-inch increments from 9 feet up to 21 feet by utilizing both size leaves. The flame mahogany fletches are in 18-inch lengths so the tabletop always has a symmetrical design in all leaf configurations.

The table is beautifully designed and well made. The surface is bumpy it has an elegant yet rustic look and feel. There’s a nice lacquer -like finish, spills bead up and wipe off easily. The top is heavy, assembly required at least two strong people. The base pieces are very heavy too. With all that said, the table can be adjusted and moved slightly when needed.
