Our version, available without arms, has a tight seat and upholstered back carved in detail from beech. It is not only a dining chair but can be included in living rooms as an occasional chair or as a desk chair when needed. Fluted legs support a carved seat with rain and an oval back.

This armchair has exposed wood framing the back. The open arms curve from the back and have rounded knuckles. The arm posts scoop back from the legs which have stretchers and casters. The outside back has x-shaped lattice detail.

We like the design, fabric, and comfort of the chairs. The wood used to craft the chairs arms and legs dents and nicks easily. It’s for lack of a better word, SOFT. We tried to carefully unpack the chairs from the voluminous cardboard, foam and wrapping plastic used to protect the chairs during shipping. Unfortunately our careful efforts still resulted in a couple nicks in the arms and legs of one of the chairs. Over tim3 I am imagining this will be a common issue with these chairs…wood parts aren’t as strong as I expected.. Pamela. The Woodlands, TX. Sun Aug 03 2025

I purchased four of these chairs to complement a 48" round table I purchased at a prestige store. Everyone who has seen them loves them and is amazed they were purchased from different vendors.
