Green Ottoman Included Accent Chairs

The Cayenne lounge chair and ottoman are a deft homage to mid-century design. Designer Marie Burgos has taken the clean lines that defined seating designs of that era and given them a luxurious new simplicity. Plays out stunningly against the curved lines of the arms and legs in gleaming lacquered wood. The result is comfortable seating for today that cleverly reflects the best of an earlier era.

A Seventies-era style inspired by a flea market find, a dramatically tufted sling seat of moss colored top-grain leather angles at the just-right pitch for total comfort, with wide, brown rubberwood framing. Sourced from one of the oldest family-owned tanneries in Italy's Bassano del Grappa, heirloom leather is salvaged and processed from upcycled hides featuring an abundance of natural markings, scars and color variations. The result? Beautifully supple, buttery soft hides with an unmatched depth of color and richness, and an authentic lived-in look.
