Delivery was 5 Star, with this very important exception: Upon completion of my delivery, I handed Edward, the lead delivery person of 3 gentleman that delivered my chairs, 3 bottles of water, 3 Hershey chocolate bars, and THREE $20 bills and he said that he would distribute them to his coworkers - I watched him in my driveway hand the other two delivery men a water and chocolate bars BUT HE KEPT THE TIP MONEY TO HIMSELF. Beautiful chair at first sight. A mix of tone on tone colors with beautiful textures that go well with any environment. But, then you sit in it and what a disappointment :( Absolutely no support in the middle of the chair. It’s as if they forgot something in the manufacturing process. When sitting down, you sink in the middle, with the only support being the side frame of the chair… and I’m a slight person 5’2” at 120 lbs.
