Artless X Stool is the result of a very simple exercise in Platonic forms, allowing you to appreciate simple geometric shapes from every angle. The design never leaves out some of the Artless basics like 2" solid Walnut and complete comfort in the leather top. Artless X Stools come in three sizes yet operate under the same design principle. The X1 stool is 18" tall, the X2 counter height stool is 26", and finally the X3 is bar height at 30". The base is an 18" by 18" solid Walnut X. In profile, we can see a triangle rise up, and if viewed from the top we see the geometric circle of the seat.

Not comfortable! The back is too far forward and I cannot sit fully back ib the seat. The seat ends midway down my hamstring and I feel like I’m getting dumped out of the seat and so you have to keep your feet firmly on the footrests is sad because is soooo. GORGEOUS!!! Inspired by classic modern design, updated with sleek lines and soft curves. This stylish stool has a low back and a wide comfortable leather tufted cushion. The walnut frame and stainless steel footplate add not only extra durability but also create luxurious accents to this already richly-designed piece.

Unfortunately, the wood tone is more dark warm reddish brown than it looked on my computer screen. My cabinet is a neutral cool graybrown and they do not coordinate well at all and even worse in person than in the photo. I only ordered one to see before I place my order for three more. Now they are charging me 200 to return the one barstool in the original packing, which I think is extremely outrageous. Otherwise, the quality is excellent and the stool was the most comfortable I’ve found. If dark reddish brown works for you, the finish and the leather were also excellent so I have to give it 5 stars for that. I’m just sad that it won’t work for me and not happy about Wayfair’s return fee. Because of the high return fee, I am going to have to go shopping at brick and mortar for my barstools where they have actual samples to see.. Laura. Naples, FL. Mon Jun 03 2024

Modern design rooted in rustic charm—the Oslo counter stool is a beautiful embodiment of mid-century Scandinavian aesthetics. Our craftsmen uphold the ideals of function and comfort, crafting a stem-bent frame of solid oak with a curved back for effortless support. The Oslo’s unique profile is marked by lightness and simplicity, though in signature Scandinavian style, it remains connected to nature. A limed finish from its framework back to its subtly tapered stretchers highlights the natural grain of the wood, while a hand-fashioned rope seat adds more organic texture and appeal. Its cool minimalism makes it a wonderful accent seat in contemporary spaces, or a way to update classic country homes as a set around a kitchen island.
