Update on3/22/20: still sitting in our garage because the odor is so strong it gives us headaches, and the 15% refund Wayfair offered is not worth the trouble of repainting the whole thing. Do not buy this - buy a raw wood headboard and paint it.
We have had this headboard for about two months now and we can't use it. We have it sitting in our garage because the paint they used on this product is so strong it gives us headaches. That said, the quality and design is as expected, but we can't use it :(
