This large authentic antique Chinese daybed is also known as the Luohan bed or opium bed. The rails and frames are crafted from single planks of wood (no seams). Hand-painted flowers and phoenixes adorn the rails. The scrolled legs measuring 6.6” thick add power and a sturdy look to this massive antique daybed. Nicely aged patina. This antique bed will be an excellent platform bed or twin-size daybed in a large living room, bedroom, or any room.
