Versatility becomes something more beautiful when a piece feels equally at home among treasured dining pieces, favorite books, or the objects that welcome you through the door each day. The Driftwood Sideboard was designed with that freedom in mind, bringing expressive wood character and thoughtful storage to the dining room, living room, or entry. Natural knots, worm holes, and a dry distressed surface create a sense of age and individuality, while custom round cast knobs lend the design a refined finishing touch. Two thoughtfully developed finishes give the sideboard a distinct expression. Buckboard, a light brown finish, captures the quiet warmth of sun faded oak and lends the piece a relaxed elegance. Burnt Timber, a nuanced black brown finish, introduces a darker, moodier character inspired by wood softened through years of time and touch. Four self closing drawers provide generous storage, including a removable silverware tray in the left drawer, while a fixed open shelf offers a place to create a more personal display. Styled for entertaining, layered with books and art, or welcoming guests in an entry, the Driftwood Sideboard adapts beautifully to the life around it, becoming one of those enduring pieces that feels more at home with every passing year.

I was very excited to receive this sideboard. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed twice and I was notified ~ 1 hour before that the delivery was going to be delayed. I do think the communication needs to improve between Wayfair and the delivery company since the expectation for delivery is for customers to be home for a set number of hours. Finally, the sideboard arrived and I had ordered the brown one. However, I was disappointed that the sideboard did not appear like the image online. I would not say this sideboard is brown. It is more white washed. I expected the brown color on the inside of the door, which is what I really wanted. I am not sure if it was the lot I received but I would have been much happier if the sideboard was the color of the inside of the door versus the whitewashed look. I think the ad should change from a brown sideboard to reflect the actual color. If Wayfair can exchange this sideboard for the color inside the door, I would be open to that. Update: I spoke with a Wayfair customer service representative, Amanda, and we were able to find a solution that worked. I am grateful this issue was solved and thank Wayfair for their great customer service.. Anonymous. Wed Jul 08 2026
