we have received the sofa yesterday and I somehow did not like how it smelled or looked. I have been a big wayfair shopper for a while and this expensive sofa is not a good experience. I felt like I received an used sofa barely brushed and sent it over. For an expensive caracole furniture it is definitely not what I expected. there was hair strands stuck in the inner lining and some patches of hand prints and couple of marks where I felt it was washed. I am definitely going to ask for a refund or a fresh piece.. Himanshu. Austin, TX. Tue Jul 29 2025
