Espresso Wood Modern Beds

Create a sleek appearance in your bedroom with the Worth Upholstered Platform Bed. This platform bed features a Japanese inspired style and it has an upholstered headboard. The bed is also paired with two matching nightstands, where you can keep night lamps or utilities. It can give an instant update for a modern home decor. The frame of the bed is wood, which ensures years of durability for it. The headboard of the bed is upholstered in eco-leather.

The bed frame feels solid and looks exactly like the pictures. Installation was straightforward and can easily be done by one person. One thing to keep in mind is that if you have a high or thick mattress, it may make the overall look feel a bit awkward and take away from the Japandi style. We ended up removing the slats to lower the mattress and improve the overall appearance, which worked much better for us.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 25 2026

I have been eyeing this bed for a few weeks before I buy it. I’m so glad I went with it because it is more beautiful in person. The texture of the fabric is that of a flat material it is a more quality type material. I feel like it’s tweed. It is a mix of all the natural colors and warm tones with some beige ivory brown taupe. It would’ve been a lot more helpful to see more up close pictures of the fabric within the reviews or the actual listing. I’m glad I went with my gut. Dont pass on this beauty I attached a close-up picture of the fabric. Disregard the stuff next to it.. Influencerz. NY. Tue Sep 15 2026

Overall, I love the bed. The celery color is perfect. The footboard could have used an additional coat of paint on one side, but one has to look closely to notice. Not worth sending back, but disappointing regardless. The description of the bed should be updated in terms of boxspring height needed. It says “standard height” which with my 15” tall mattress, puts it close to the ceiling. I have a 2” bunkie board on order. The construction of the bed is solid. It is well made.. Patricia.
