In a softly rounded form, the Affinity Bachelor’s Chest combines a greige sand-blasted finish on Quartered Oak veneers with fabric-wrapped drawer fronts and cream and pewter bar pulls for a serene appeal. With three drawers, the top drawer has a drop-in felt liner, and there’s a 3-stage touch dimmer. The fabric on the drawer fronts is a linen-polyester blend. Soft, rounded forms combine with sand-blasted greige and antique white finishes to create an inviting transitional boutique collection in Affinity. The main finish for the 20-piece collection of bedroom, dining room, occasional, accents, and home entertainment is a wire-brushed greige (gray/beige) on quartered white oak. Pewter and antique white hardware and soft linen fabrics add intrigue.

An updated version of the classic breakfront design, this Chesser Dresser is a masterpiece of subtle detail. A frame molding border around the top, metal collars around the square-tapered legs, a rubbed stone finish that brings out the dramatic grain of the quarter-sawn oak veneer, and geometric gold-toned custom hardware. The top drawer is lined with felt for jewelry storage.

I was nervous to purchase this piece without seeing it in person but the price was right and Wayfairs return policy convinced me to take the plunge. The colorfinish matches the new privilege green paint we recently put on the walls. As for the dresser, the jewelry drawer is a single felt-lined drawer that is separated by dividers, the middle drawers are deeper than the others (this small detail creates added dimension and visual interest to the piece). All drawers are on ball bearing gliders that function quietly and smoothly. The weight of this dresser is supported by 4 outer legs and two that are medially placed (see photo). Delivery took 4 weeks. If you have the option, pay extra for set up - theres a ton of packing material that requires disposal. I would absolutely purchase this again.. Sarah. Chattanooga, TN.
