In this versatile solid-walnut piece, what appears to be a simple chest conceals an unexpected feature. Just below its slightly overhanging top, softened with radiused edges, a shelf pulls out to create a wide, functional desktop with generous workspace. Beneath it, a false drawer front drops down to reveal a compartment with a power strip for electronics. Two spacious drawers provide storage and are completed with shaped metal pulls in Iron Gray, complementing the case’s Dark Roast finish. The chest can be paired with the Hudson Valley Two-Door Hutch.
