My client saw these chairs and fell in love with them! We ordered eight, and one came in with a broken leg, but Wayfair is sending a replacement and had amazing customer service! The slip cover is nice to takeoff and wash when it gets dirty, and I really like the feel of it in the room. We fit seven perfectly around a 72 inch table, but we can add an eighth one and it won’t be too much. I recommend.. Lisa. Apple Valley, CA. Tue Apr 14 2026

The cane back oval side chair has a tight upholstered seat and gently curved legs.

I bought 6 chairs, but have not opened all boxes yet. The shipping process was very efficient. I got an email telling me the date and time of arrival, and on the delivery day I got a call an hour before delivery. The call gave me the opportunity to provide information to the driver as to where to park and the flight of stairs to the delivery area. The shipping crew was professional and extra careful. Excellent work!!! I’m delighted with the shipping service and the quality of the chairs. Thank you!. Marilza. Wed Aug 19 2026

Chosen for its deep grain and ethereal texture, the cape lilac Mahogany on our Monaco armchair is a truly special material. Stained in a limed dark gray, natural, or driftwood color, the grain of the wood shines. A distant cousin to the Alexa chair, Monaco’s shape is derived from ancient Klismos chairs of Greece but also has notes of art deco influence. The slightly flared, hand-carved legs add a touch of elegance and refinement. The curved back is striking from all angles and allows the seat to be nestled nicely under any dining table or desk. Each detail of Monaco is carefully considered. The back is carved by hand for subtle shaping while the basket weave-patterned caning is handwoven in our factories, strand by strand. The linen drop-in seat is easily reupholstered. The result is comfortable without being overly large and perfectly suitable as a desk chair to work from home or dotted around a curved dining table (as it has no trouble with the apron of a desk or table)

This dining chair is handcrafted to order, complemented by the wood finish of your choice.

In interiors, the quintessential French chair is the oval back dining chair. Pictured in drawings, and paintings, described in textbooks and fiction alike, this was the “it” chair of the 1700s. Our version, available with or without arms, has a tight seat and upholstered back carved in detail from Beech. It is not only a dining chair but can be included in living rooms as an occasional chair or as a desk chair when needed. Fluted legs support a carved seat with rain and an oval back.

The design of the WOODY chair has a subtly “vintage” aroma, as a tribute to the classic wooden slatted chair, it strives for the balance between essential concepts such as lightness, functionality, ergonomics, and respect for the environment, with others such as resistance, both indoors and outdoors, durability, and ease of maintenance. In the WOODY chair we have worked with complex curves and natural shapes such as that of a drop of mercury or a pebble, looking for the effect in the rigid plastic of an upholstered polyurethane foam, a soft shape that suggests comfort just by looking at it, before sitting down in it.
