Delivery was 5 Star, with this very important exception: Upon completion of my delivery, I handed Edward, the lead delivery person of 3 gentleman that delivered my chairs, 3 bottles of water, 3 Hershey chocolate bars, and THREE $20 bills and he said that he would distribute them to his coworkers - I watched him in my driveway hand the other two delivery men a water and chocolate bars BUT HE KEPT THE TIP MONEY TO HIMSELF. The Cane Back Oval Side Chair has a tight upholstered seat and gently curved legs.

I bought 6 chairs, but have not opened all boxes yet. The shipping process was very efficient. I got an email telling me the date and time of arrival, and on the delivery day I got a call an hour before delivery. The call gave me the opportunity to provide information to the driver as to where to park and the flight of stairs to the delivery area. The shipping crew was professional and extra careful.
