Well it took 5 months to receive my new table and it was well worth it!!! The delivery/set up company-service was 5 star!!! They did a great job with delivery and installation. However... Wayfair did a poor job of communicating my contact info to the delivery company, I stayed home/missed work for the first delivery date and it was a "no show" because Wayfair gave the delivery people incorrect info. The second delivery date was set for between 11-3PM (yes took off another day from work) the morning of the delivery I received a text message at 7:30 AM that they would be delivering in 30 minutes (hours too early,) the delivery people were super nice and changed the time to when I could receive the delivery - they even showed me the message from Wayfair to them telling them to deliver my table at a much earlier time. Moral of the story - Yes the table is great and I love it, but... Wayfair - please figure out what is going on with your communication with your delivery service!!! I am OBSESSED with this table. Seriously one of the best investments we've done for our house recently. This table is sturdy, elegant, modern but not trendy. The real wood look to it, makes it so unique. The wood has its "cracks" which is part of the design - and we love it! But that might bother some people, if you are looking for a completely smooth wood top. We haven't received our chairs yet, so this is not the best picture of it. The Madeline Dining Table is a beautiful double pedestal table that can work well in any style of the dining room. This table is everything I dreamed of. First the color is perfect. I was looking for something with more browngray tones and the wood color on this table is perfect. Delivery was on time and very professional. The table comes in two parts. They were both packaged very very well and both pieces were perfect, free of any damage. The base is not too heavy but the table top is super heavy but I was able to help my husband with it. Just know you do need two people to assemble. Once you get the top on the base it attached with screws. It took my husband maybe 45 minutes. I can not recommend this table enough. It looks so high end. I still need to get side chairs and will update more pictures when styled. For color reference my floors are COREtec Pro in the color Ravenswood Oak. This table goes with flooring perfectly.. Jeff.
