The first 2 chairs Arrived 5 hours after the delivery window and both chairs were broken in multiple places. I tried to cancel the delivery of the final two chairs and was not permitted to. Have to wait a week for pick up so four large boxes are sitting inside my door and have to wait 3 to 5 business days after that for refund even though I sent pictures of how badly broken they are..
