The natural Origins dining chair was created by a local Thai artisan utilizing exquisite craftsmanship. It is made of reclaimed chamcha wood, which we have rescued from being one of Nature’s finest castaways by making it into an elemental design statement. There is butterfly detailing throughout the back of the chair - this and the fact that each piece is one of a kind, they will have beautiful imperfections unique to each piece. The style of this wood dining chair is fitting for a number of interiors, including modern farmhouse and industrial chic. There is an array of furnishings and accessories in the Origins collection, which reflects the ethos that the Phillips collection personifies: Modern organic.

Memorable dining rooms invite people to settle in, share a meal, and stay long after the table has been cleared. The Driftwood Upholstered Side Chair is designed for those moments, pairing a softly upholstered beige performance fabric seat and back with a wood frame rich in natural character. Wood legs connected by stretchers create a timeless foundation, while knots, worm holes, and a dry distressed surface lend the frame the character of wood shaped gradually by time. Two thoughtfully developed finishes give the chair a distinct expression. Buckboard, a light brown finish, captures the quiet warmth of sun faded oak, creating a soft and relaxed complement to the beige upholstery. Burnt Timber, a nuanced black brown finish, introduces a moodier sophistication inspired by wood softened through years of time and touch, creating a striking contrast with the neutral fabric. Designed to pair beautifully with the Driftwood dining tables, the chair brings tailored comfort and understated luxury to the gathering space. Whether surrounding the table for an everyday meal or filling every seat for a celebration, it creates a welcoming place for the conversations and traditions that become part of a home’s story.

An adorable seat designed in the spirit of late 18th-century French originals with turned, tapering front legs that elevate an upholstered seat below a squared back fitted with traditional woven cane. Furniture and upholstery appearances can vary and are not guaranteed due to the inherent variation of all natural materials, including wood color, wood grain, leather, and stone material and finish. Upholstered seat heights may vary up to 1” due to crown variances and foam thickness. Product matches are not guaranteed if ordered at different times.

Memorable gatherings have a way of lingering, especially when the dining room is designed to make everyone feel comfortably at home. The Driftwood Upholstered Arm Chair embraces that idea with beige performance fabric surrounding the arms, seat, and back for a softly tailored and generously inviting silhouette. Wood legs connected by a stretcher introduce natural warmth and a timeless detail beneath the upholstery, balancing refined comfort with the relaxed character of Driftwood. Three thoughtfully developed finishes give the wood a distinct expression. Buckboard, a light brown finish, captures the quiet warmth of sun faded oak and creates a soft, relaxed complement to the beige upholstery. Worn Saddle, a warm brown finish, recalls the burnished beauty of supple leather and hand tooled heirlooms, lending the chair warmth and a sense of history. Burnt Timber, a nuanced black brown finish, introduces a darker, moodier character, creating a sophisticated contrast with the neutral fabric. Designed to pair beautifully with the Driftwood dining tables, the chair brings an elevated level of comfort to the gathering space. Whether placed at the head of the table or used throughout the room, its enveloping upholstery and warm wood details create a gracious setting for meals, celebrations, and conversations worth lingering over.
