Drawing on the old tradition of stone and shell set into concrete, the Cresta Pedestal brings a ribbed, columnar form to a terrace or a porch. The fluting catches raking light and throws a fine line of shadow down the body, so the piece reads as sculpture even before anything is set on top. Fiberglass-reinforced concrete makes it solid all the way through, and flecks of aggregate wink out of the surface as the light shifts. Use it to lift a planter, a lantern, or a piece of statuary off the ground.
