Using this as both a seat and a side table in a newly renovated room with a hardwood floor. The look is perfect. It's a little taller than I like in a seat, so it's probably perfect for most people. The stool is pretty and exactly as pictured. However, the bottom is not finished and is hollow with rough edges. I got it to use inside in the sunroom and hoped to use it as a stool for extra seating. But the jagged ceramic will scratch my hardwood floor. I put felt protectors on the bottom, but they don't fit very well since it isn't a smooth, wide surface. Beautiful piece that I can recommend, but just know it may not be the best for inside use.. Eternity Stool with a Marine Blue glaze is the perfect accent piece for indoor or outdoor.

I got the marine blue stools.They are definitely one of a kind. Bottom edges are unsealed. Glazes, paint and finish did not extend to the bottom edge which is very rough. I got the gold with the cream cover for my vanity in my primary bedroom bathroom. It's great - wish it was a tad higher, and also the finish on the legs is not as "upscale" as I would have hoped. It looks hand painted and has a few imperfections, but for the cost, I was not going to nit-pick, as this stool was one of the only I could find of this height, with a gold base and cream cushion....after hours of looking online.
