I love that I was able to find a traditional bed from the Stoffer home line. It's exactly the right style.. Danielle. Sat Sep 12 2026

Just because a platform bed goes with everything doesn't mean it lacks in style. This simple, low profile piece stands out because the headboard and bed rails are upholstered in a quality Luxe Velvet fabric that holds its own as a design feature. The custom made piece has a rounded corner shape, and is manufactured in Illinois. Not only is the included wooden slat system easy to incorporate onto the metal frame, it also makes adding a box spring unnecessary. Invest in a platform bed that is well made—and a style that will last you through several remodels.

Amalie is all about chic opulence. Her unique shape makes her stand out from the rest, while her timeless lines make her a classic that will stand the test of time.

This modern platform bed brings a sleek and stylish look to your bedroom. Crafted from engineered wood, it features a fully upholstered design with foam filling for a comfortable feel. The rectangular headboard adds a touch of sophistication, while the solid wood slats provide ample support for your mattress. No need for a box spring, as this bed is designed to accommodate your mattress directly on the slats. Plus, the finished back ensures it looks great from every angle. Note: Mattress and adjustable bed base are not included.

Good quality for the price, easy enough to assemble, feels pretty sturdy, I just received it so not sure how yet how the bolts will hold, I think they could use some loctite to ensure they stay in place. I have a very thick mattress, suggest an average mattress as there is not much of the headboard showing now, just enough to see only the pillows when propped up on their edges. Delivery process was not the best. I received a one day notice of my delivery window which changed a few times over the day I had to prepare and the drivers felt the box was too heavy and proceeded to scuff up mulitple walls in my stairwell rather than carry vertically or remove items from the box. I recommend taking items from the box and carrying individually up any stairwells.. Bill. Arnold, MD. Mon Sep 07 2026

I had high hopes for this bed and unfortunately after waiting two months for delivery, sadly I was disappointed. This bed is not designed to be a platform bed as Wayfair described. As a matter-of-fact, if you go to the manufacturer's website they don't even offer a platform version of any of their beds. There are slats that come with the bed, but they are so low (I believe to place a box spring on) that your mattress comes to the top of the side rail. The slats are cheap and are not even secured to the bed frame and set too far apart, they cannot support a latex or foam mattress. Other than that the bed is well made and the velvet is beautiful. The design in particular also does not look like the picture which shows a very peaked top, the headboard is much flatter on the top than what is pictured. Wayfair handled the return fairly well, but I am left awaiting a new order for something similar from a different website.. Jessica. Mount Pleasant, SC. Sat Dec 09 2017
