Black Secretary Wood Desks

This exquisite secretary desk was handcrafted by artisans in Guangdong. The front panel, sides and drawer faces are finished in beautiful black lacquer, hand painted with delicate gold accents and a lovely Ching Ming Festival design scheme. The front drops down to form a desktop, complete with a practical configuration of shelves and drawers.

Just what I wanted. I'd been looking for about a year at all kinds of Chinoiserie secretary style desks including the full height ones (Like 7 feet) with the cabinet section above. But in the end I'm glad I chose this one. It has a nice amount of storage both in the drawers and in the vertical slots behind the door.
