The tilt mechanism is synchronized; the seat and back work in harmony with each other, keeping the body securely supported in the chair and feet firmly planted on the floor so you can recline without leaving your optimal zone for seeing and reaching your work. This model includes an adjustable seat depth, fully adjustable arms (raise up and down, pivot in and out, shift forward and back and side to side), pneumatic seat height adjustment, recline tension adjustment, flexing plastic mesh back, and upholstered seat. Power through assignments and read with ease inside the cozy interior of the Host Task Chair from Blu Dot. It’s a piece using technology the automotive industry harnesses for making their high-performance seats. It shares similarities with a high-performance car seat, starting from its wrapping bucket design. Giving off a sculpted look, the bucket design receives an application of padding for dreamy comfort. Artisans upholster it with polyester, giving the seat a softness that caresses the body. If something requires your attention across the room, this chair glides across the floor with caster wheels. An aluminum base fits them together with a high-style quality.

The gold standard in office seating, the chair redefines the concept of traditional task chairs. Designer Niels Diffrient aimed to design an office chair that automatically adapts to the user, allowing them to move freely from posture to posture.

Have this chair at work (with headrest) so ordered for my office at home now we’re working from home more. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. Good lumbar support which was the primary reason I spent the money - I knew what I was getting for the price. Noticed an immediate difference with my sciatic pain. Assembly is very easy - no tools just attach the base to the seat. The thing I like about this chair is you can lean and the arms lean with you. Also the arms are adjustable.. Sandy. Aurora, IL.
