I bought 6 chairs, but have not opened all boxes yet. The shipping process was very efficient. I got an email telling me the date and time of arrival, and on the delivery day I got a call an hour before delivery. The call gave me the opportunity to provide information to the driver as to where to park and the flight of stairs to the delivery area. The shipping crew was professional and extra careful. Excellent work!!! I’m delighted with the shipping service and the quality of the chairs. Thank you!. Marilza. Wed Aug 19 2026

Beautiful chair at first sight. A mix of tone on tone colors with beautiful textures that go well with any environment. But, then you sit in it and what a disappointment :( Absolutely no support in the middle of the chair. It’s as if they forgot something in the manufacturing process. When sitting down, you sink in the middle, with the only support being the side frame of the chair… and I’m a slight person 5’2” at 120 lbs. So sad because they are lovely, but at the end of the day, I do need to sit down.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026

Chosen for its deep grain and ethereal texture, the cape lilac Mahogany on our Monaco armchair is a truly special material. A distant cousin to the Alexa chair, Monaco’s shape is derived from ancient Klismos chairs of Greece but also has notes of art deco influence. The slightly flared, hand-carved legs add a touch of elegance and refinement. The curved back is striking from all angles and allows the seat to be nestled nicely under any dining table or desk. Each detail of Monaco is carefully considered. The back is carved by hand for subtle shaping while the basket weave-patterned caning is handwoven in our factories, strand by strand. The linen drop-in seat is easily reupholstered. The result is comfortable without being overly large and perfectly suitable as a desk chair to work from home or dotted around a curved dining table (as it has no trouble with the apron of a desk or table)
