i just had delivered a alexia solid wood tv stand. nice piece of furniture, but a couple of defects i want a replacement sent pictures to customer service,very polite and they told me they would send a replacement will update when they change my tv stand/update aug/24 not happy with replacement did not accept item sent it back. again customer service was excellent told me they ordered another replacement will update when i receive replacement.2 strikes.
