This is a well-made chair with a substanial white-ish fabric with a seat cushion that is thick and quite substantial. It is very comfortable as a result. My only issues are that the back seat cushion is not attached, so when you get up from the chair it sometimes falls, so you have to prop it up again when you sit down. Also, the wood was not quite what I expected. It was a rather darker "natural" rattan wood color than what it looked to be in the photo online. After three months of ownership and light usage (I am an empty-nester), a major problem happened when caster came off one leg of the chair as I was gently getting up from it. I saw that the bottom of the chair leg had splintered, which caused the caster to come off. Wayfair, however, was WONDERFUL and sent me an entirely new chair when it was determined that the chair could not be repaired. And, they sent it very soon after I called them. I was very relieved as I only had the chair for three months, and it was quite expensive. Customer service at Wayfair is exceptional, so now I have my new arm chair and am enjoying it once more!.
