Disappointed with both the product and the service The Glenwood 34” Tall Chest arrived with a large crack in the solid wood base and uneven drawers. For a piece at this price point, the quality issues were immediately obvious. I contacted Wayfair customer service to request a replacement. After spending a couple of hours dealing with frustrating and unhelpful service (including being bounced between chat and phone with no clear resolution), nothing was resolved. I was offered a repair that isn’t practical for solid wood, and the overall experience left me feeling ignored. I expected better from both the furniture and Wayfair’s support. Very disappointed.. What is missing makes the mojo in this new wood case a good collection. A round cut out in the drawer and door front acts as the pull, the elimination of material creating the function and visual appeal. Designed in a slew of shapes to see to storage needs in the bedroom, living room, and dining room.

We hit the jackpot with these dressers -- I purchased a pair, one for each bedroom, and they're beautifully crafted and just the right size. The drawers have a built-in anti-tip feature (only one can open at a time to avoid it getting off balance), run smoothly and close quietly.
