The furniture is terrific. But delivery was sheer hell! You need to make it clear to your delivery people when the delivery is “white glove” - even though there was a sticker stating this on the boxes, the delivery order was “drop off” and that’s what the delivery guys go by.. Delivery was 5 Star, with this very important exception: Upon completion of my delivery, I handed Edward, the lead delivery person of 3 gentleman that delivered my chairs, 3 bottles of water, 3 Hershey chocolate bars, and THREE $20 bills and he said that he would distribute them to his coworkers - I watched him in my driveway hand the other two delivery men a water and chocolate bars BUT HE KEPT THE TIP MONEY TO HIMSELF. I am VERY dissatisfied at this, VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! They all worked together beautifully, my furniture is AMAZING, but that he withheld sharing the tip makes me ill.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 15 2026

Plush seating and a simple frame make the Orsini dining chair versatile and incredibly comfortable. A mixed material seat features our polo club muslin performance fabric on top of a rustic oak wood frame. Paper rope detailing at the back of the chair gives an understated coastal influence while also acting as a functional handle. Powder-coated matte black legs contrast with the light-colored materials. As wood is an organic, porous material, these pieces will contain a natural variation of texture and may also exhibit fine indentations and cracks. Wood pieces will also display a disparity of color and grain, and visible knots and burls that add to the character of each piece. Due to the natural contents of natural paper rope, it is advised to minimize contact with strongly dyed fabrics to avoid discoloration and/or color transfer.

Casual contemporary designs crafted from quartered hickory veneers and select hardwoods in a sundrenched sierra tan finish. Concave back in twisted lampakanai rope with contrasting darker stripe at the bottom.

Completely underwhelmed by this chair. It's VERY orange in an unnatural way. It's incredibly uncomfortable in both the seat and the back. You would definitely want to use a lumbar pillow. Quality is NOT there for the money. It has a waxy look which is think is the glue showing through. Disappointing.. Christy. Mon Apr 27 2026
